Here is indication of what is needed to undertake the work site. 1. lawn mowing, edging and blowing along the footpaths. 2.clean the garden beds. 3. clean and tydy up the palm trees. 4.remove all the weeds on the concrete. 5. spray the weeds on the concrete. 6. remove unwanted dad plants. 7. trim all the palm trees where necessary to unable the best look to the property. 8. dispose of all the rubbish in a proper manner. 9.spray the garden beds as well so that all the weeds are killed. 10. safely remove shade cloth and signs from fence and put in office. 11. remove any weeds , rubbish and lawn stuck beside fence to allow clearance for opening and closing to fence. 12. hose site with high pressure water after finish. the further and future maintenance for this property is needed to keep the it in good looking order at all times the lawn need to be cut once every 2 weeks .
