i live in a townhouse and have a small lawn which needs mowing. its 15sqm. also need the leaves picked up before or after the mowing. a bit of tiding up would also be wonderful.
need it done every 3 weeks, during spring and summer and every 4 weeks in autumn and winter.
would like to workout an ongoing arrangement.
in reality about 1 hours work in the backyard.
