Michael requested 3 quotes from Gardeners in Pennant Hills
Regular monthly gardening service for common property at "Blue Gum Estate" Brecks Way, Pennant Hills.
This would include mowing and whipping of vegetation growth on the common property, including around the perimeter of the estate. (But not within any private blocks).
It should also include weed control in these areas.
Also, annually, maintenance and weeding of the "Bush Corridor" behind the blocks on the south side of the street and the eastern end of the street.
We are looking for people to provide a yearly costing. This would then be divided in 12 and be paid monthly in arrears.
Respondents must have their own personal accident/illness insurance and public liability insurance.
