Due to access restrictions to back yard, may only suit 1m wide rotary hoe entry via side of house through access gate. property is level with three small trees, a couple of washing line posts and a 7 x 7 shed on it. require approx 60m x 30m hoeing to a depth of approx 5 cm largely to rejuvinate soil. old grass, old dog droppings and some weed on soil. not possible for job to be done immediately after rain as the soil is quite soft. local hazards include sewrage system pipe at back of yard and care has to be taken around pvc down pipes at back of house. there are no stones or wire in the soil as far as i can make out. there is possibly a piece of pipe in the ground near the front of the shed.
