Smallish backyard needs tidy up

One-off job. General weed/ shrub removal/ tidy-up. Some large thorny weeds (bring protective gear!). It is a small 'strip' garden on two levels. Main tasks are weeding (highish weeds, but easy to pull out) and removal of small bushes/ vines in garden beds. Basically giving me a clean slate to plant easy care plants! I can manage the planting, just needs help giving me a blank canvas. Estimated 3-4 hours work. Needs to be completed before Easter, preferably this coming Friday, 3rd of April (family visiting, worried small nephews will be lost in the weeds...) I would also like a receipt for the work as I will be giving it to my landlord! I don't expect more weeds than can fill a large Green Bin,
