Double glazing required for home renovation

I would like a quotation for the following:
Suuply and installation of clear glass double glazed windows with Low E coating to match existing DMS IGU's. These new windows will be highlights above existing doors and windows and will be in fixed frames. The existing windows are all toughened glass but I'm not sure if this is required, so please confirm and provide quotes for toughened and un-toughened.
Double glazed unit details as follows:
DMS Glass (now Viridian?) Thermotech TPS insulated 4mm glass double glazed units, clear, 12 mm Argon gap, plus Energy Advantage Low E coating on surface 3 (exterior is surface 1).
Glass sizes as follows (all sizes in mm, H x W):
H3 (2): 392 x 464 and 392 x 820
H4 (1): 392 x 522
H5 (1): 392 x 1522
H6 (1): 392 x 522
H7 (2): 392 x 669 and 392 x 669
Please include an initial site visit for measurement and site check plus subsequent supply and installation. Site location is St. Kilda.
