Glass roof repacement

We have a large atrium attached to the rear of the house. It opens on from the family room. ie no doors separate it from the house.
The roof and 50% of the walls are clear glass so its cold in winter and too hot in summer.
We need the roof glass removed and replaced with a product that has better thermal qualities such as Laserlite.
Also, the windows are all fixed glass panels and do not open. We want to change so that two of them can be opened and will require they are then fitted with flyscreens.
