hi there,
we need to install an extraction fan in the bathroom window - we can provide the fan, or buy one off tradie - depending on prices, quality etc. not sure if glass is shatter-proof or not, and therefore whether it will need to be replaced or not. either way, hole to fit fan will need to be created. no real electrical work as we will purchase fan which can be plugged into electrical socket.
