An inner atrium in my property has a leaking skylight in need of replacement.
A wooden frame divided into three sections surrounds the top of the atrium. On top of the frame on the left sits the leaking skylight, on the middle and right sits two sheets of double glazed glass.
Silicon repair attempts have been made over the years around the general area of the leak without success.
I would now like the skylight replaced - with the correct flashing - or the skylight removed and replaced by a sheet of double glazed glass consistent with the rest of the atrium. The choice of which approach will depend on cost and complexity.
