We have a very old broken air conditioning unit (set into a triangular-shaped window in cathedral ceiling) which we would like removed (we can take it to the dump, we don't need you to take it away), and replaced with glass. Access to unit is easy, from lounge room (with ladder, which we have) or from roof.
