The house is a split level on a sloping block, the front of the house is quite high from the ground (I would estimate it at between 2 and 3 stories high from the ground. The back of the house gutters are at a standard single storey height.
Overall there are 3 lengths of guttering. The gutter running down the back of the house, the guttering running the front of the house and the gutter running along the edge of the verandah. Each length would be roughly 12 meters.
The roof is a very low pitch colorbond type roof, the gutters have removable plastic gutter guards installed (loose 1 meter lengths of plastic sitting inside of the gutter).
