Gutter guard / protection / leaf shield approx 18m and gutter cleaning

I have a 6m x 6m shed and a 3m x 3m shed that require the gutters to be cleaned and some form of gutter protection supplied and installed that will stop eucalyptus leaves from blocking the gutters and down pipes. The sheds are both titan colourbond steel with surfmist (white) roof and gutters. Total gutter length is 18m (6m + 6m + 3m + 3m).
Secondly, on my two story house the area directly beneath the tv antenna requires cleaning due to birds making a mess. This is also a surfmist colourbond roof and the area is approx 1m2 (1m x 1m).
Can I please get a quote for both items above:
1. Cleaning 18m of gutter, and supply and install of 18m of gutter leaf protection
2. Cleaning 1 square metre of the roof on a 2 story house.
