For 10 properties within one Km or so of each other in Wynnum and Lota I need 20 door stays replaced. Each property has a main house and a granny flat above the garage. The entrance door to the house and the entrance door to the granny flat have an existing plastic door stay or metal door stay that is not functioning. The new metal door stays just need to keep the door open if the door is pushed into the fully open position, so the stay can be magnetic or friction as long as:
1. it is metal
2. it keeps the door open when pushed to the fully open position without the need to touch any hooks etc
