2nd story front bedroom window -broken/rotted at bottom joint (of the window that winds out), so it needs replacement. the rest of the window ie the broader frame holding things together seems ok. to give you a guide re size, the window in total including frame is 1250mm x 1000mm. only a small job sorry but be appreciated if it could be done.
