• New investment property - wanting a very LOW maintenance turf yard with some stepping stone pavers down the side and to the letterbox, with a few plants out the front
• Fences are in progress and there will be side gates at both sides of the house to fence in the backyard
• Down the left hand side of the house we’d like large pavers/stepping stones (square if possible), gaps filled with pebble (grey toned if possible, or a mixture of grey and white) and continue these pavers around to the back where the clothesline will pull out from the back wall of the house
• At the front of the house a VERY simple garden with bare minimum shrubs that are low maintenance
• From the front porch to the letterbox, we’d like stepping stones/pavers (the same as down the left side of the house)
• To the right of the driveway, in front of the front garden and all of the backyard - turfed –
Ultimately we are looking for ultra-low maintenance, without spending a small fortune.
Size of the block is 750sqm, the house 24sqm.
