The bathroom needs to be redone - the old owner has bought materials to fix but is ill and can't do them..........old water leak in roof has cause ceiling in lounge room to sag.........few skirting boards in hallway & bedroom need to be put on........back yard has a lot of materials that need removing......the house is empty & the owner wants to just get an idea how much to fix so he can put it on the selling market.
