Build small deck/platform over former fish pond/bathtub

The former owners at our house used an old bathtub as a fish pond in the patio under the deck, but due to having small children, i had to empty it. it has a rock waterfall thing at one end and it is concreted into the ground so difficult to remove i imagine. so i thought building a platform over it with decking timber would look good. kind of like a day bed or a stage for the kids to muck around on. i am happy to buy the decking timber or whatever materials are required but would need someone to measure up and tell me what is needed first.
