Carpentry - fitting walls/celings ready to hang plaster, then a plasterer.

This is the bottom story of a seperate living double story house. It is very old and has internal brick walls that need to be plastered. First a carpenter will need to fit out the walls/ceiling with timber in order for a plasterer to hang the plaster on. Therefore we will need both a chippy and plasterer.
I'm not sure on an estimated budget so i selected the 2500-4999 for both i guess.
