Came out during weekend on his own time to view area we required job for and although wasn't able to help us due to there being a far less expensive way to have it done that he wasn't a specialist in personally, still was pleasant and recommended another service that we'll follow up with! Also although he wasn't able to book in a quote for us, he wasn't rude or offended that it was essentially a waste of a Sat morn for him!!! We'll be using him when we have a job more suited to his company and skill areas.
