Clean up garden, remove offcuts pipe/wood from under house

Prune, cut, clear, rake, tidy garden. I will provide a skip. There is also a load of general clean rubbish (off cuts of timbre and pipe) under the house (easy access) that I would like removed. Estimate 4-6 hours of work - I will pay $40 per hour cash. No real skill required just muscle/labour. Need to bring your own gardening tools, and I have a wheel barrow you can use (if you don't have one).
