I need the gutters cleaned on a single fronted, single story victorian in North Fitzroy. Also I need the roof checked for leaks in one spot (some water is getting in and creating mould on the upper wall, I suspect this is due to the gutters overflowing, however it needs to be checked). Roof is corrugated iron and is in good condition generally. One part of the gutter needs to be cleaned while on the roof (not on a ladder) as it is not accessible from the ground easily.
