Clothesline removal and installation

Existing fold down clothesline is in place on propert, and is currently concreted into exposed aggregate path. The work required is to remove the existing concrete and make safe (may require cutting of existing clothesline), so would require finishing to ensure no exposed sharp edges.
Following removal, work required is to supply and install a replacement clothesline to be ground or wall mounted. Walls are made of Hebel material, and any installation will need to align with mounting recommendations from Hebel.
