If I could give less than one star I would. Unfortunately a good job (which incidently was done by another supplier) was let down by exceptionally poor administration and communication. Failing to inform clients about arrival time, completion time etc appears par for the course for these guys - but when informed \"yep, I will get you a quote for that\" and having to remind them, call them, email them only to be met by stony silence takes it to a new level. I was horribly frustrated by the experience. Its not much fun stalking a tradesperson.
