I am buying a very small 2 br apartment (54m2) which has vermiculite ceilings. According to inspection they do not contain asbestos.
I would like 3 separate quotes.
1. To cover existing vermiculite with a new ceiling (with as minimal loss of ceiling height as possible)
2. cost to add cornices to the ceiling
3. cost to paint the new ceiling separate from the other costs.
