Create towable roller for cricket pitch covers for local club

I am looking to have built a roller for the covers at the local cricket club. At the moment they are being taken out on a pallet and need to be folded. It would be a lot easier if we could have these covers attached to some sort of roller (potentially on wheels to be towed onto the field) so that we may quickly and easily apply and remove the covers from the pitch. Any ideas are welcome
