Deck renovation

Carpenter/handyman required to complete a deck renovation. Work consist of the following:
- removal of makeshift timber fence approx 9m in length
- demolition and removal of deck of some 20sqm. Deck is on stump and is raised 80cm from ground
- construction of new steps from higher level deck to ground (approx 1200mm high) and
- construction of simple timber handrail from upper deck (approx 4m long)
