Doggy door required for glass back door

We would like a doggy door installed for our glass back door. We have a cocker spaniel/beagle cross puppy so I think we'll need a medium sized door. I have had a couple of quotes for up to $225 but a neighbour tells me they had theirs installed for less (about $100). If possible we need the door to be installed this week. Thanks.
