We are planning to place our house on the market in the next couple of weeks. don't want to spend too much money, just the basics to make the house look presentable (ie one coat of paint should be sufficuent in most areas). we need some basic exterior painting done (eaves, fasia boards, aluminium windows, front gate, hand rail around decking) and some minor touch up's and patching jobs inside and out. would like prompt and reliable service asap.
