Fix ply door, split at bottom, paint 2x small plaster patches

Jens requested 2 quotes from Handymen in Mill Park

Plywood faced-honeycomb filled standard single bedroom door has split open at the bottom due to wind gust slam. some tearing of the ply on one side about 20cm. probably can be fixed with some pvc gluing and clamping but will require finishing sanding and semi-gloss off-white painting both sides of the door. door will need taking off its hinges to fix and paint and resinstalled.

plus

two small plaster patches approx 30cm x 30 cm on lounge walls (different walls) have been filled with polyfiller and already sanded but need colour match painting in very pale pink almost cream matt washable finish. if the walls had to be totally redone you would need to allow for approx 4m x 3m for these two walls.
