Fix Skirting Board in Apartment chewed by Puppy

The end of the skirting board has been chewed by puppy. There are 4 ends of the skirting board that needed to be fixed. Not sure whether it can be fixed or need replacement. The skirting boards are painted with white and now revealed the wooden colour because of the puppy.
