We are selling our house. Our bathroom is a work in progress and we need it finished.
We installed a bath as a temporary measure some years ago. This involved removing some plaster. The scope to fix the bathroom is something like
- The plaster needs patching and replacing around the bath.
- A bath surround needs building.
- The vanity needs to be installed.
- New vinyl flooring needs to be installed.
I suggest that a site visit is needed to see the current condition and to recommend the minimum works to make the bathroom presentable for sale
