Frameless glass shower needs adjustment seal at back erroded

The seal at the base of the shower screen has erroded and needs resealing. the gap has caused the glass to tilt a few millimeters, preventing the door from closing without touching.
also, the door needs a new deflector at the base to cover that gap a little.
