I have a front door that needs to be taken down and replaced with a new front door. you would need to provide a solid wooden door with some glass in it and it would need to be varnished.
at the back of the house there is a balcony and the entire middle rail needs to be removed and replaced with wood coz the dog has been chewing it. you would then need to paint this wooden rail.
if this is the sort of work you do this is simple and very small scale work.
