Gap sealing in brickwork, window frame repair, pest control (rodents)

We live on an acreage in Torquay and have mice and rats in the roof/walls, entering the house, living in the garage, etc.
We are thinking of first of all trying to seal the house. There are gaps in the brickwork, around some window frames, two windows need small repairs (rotten wood parts). There also is need for plastering and gap-sealing in the ceiling.
Secondly, we would like to address the pest problem.
