Grass has been killed but needs to be removed so that irrigation system and new turf can be installed. 520sq m. Level with good access. No soil needs to be removed but of course some will come up with the grass. Only requirement is that grass is removed and reasonably level surface remains
Could use bobcat to remove.
Alternatively remove a few weeds then rotary hoe in dead grass.
