Les has not done the job yet, he is due this afternoon. Job now done and although he was polite and friendly and did a good job on the gutters, I was a little disappointed that he failed to clean up after himself. He put all the gutter waste in the bin, but left the decking and other areas covered in leaves and mud. As I have never had this done before I am not sure if I was expecting too much, but most handymen clean up after themselves. He also was a bit careless with my plants in the garden.

Although Gary was cheaper, he did the quote over the phone and when the other person came he said the garage roof needed doing as well and also the tree hanging over it needed cutting back. I don't think my quote from Gary included that.
