Handyman for balustrade alteration and electrical socket re-attachment

1. Balustrades on rear balcony are two low and present danger issue for toddler. They need to have the top rail removed from the posts and reattached 20cm higher, and then an additional flat rail is needed to replace where it was. This will also make it look similar in style to the Balustrades at the front of the house. Click on link to see photos of both the front and the rear for clarification. Total length of rear balustrades around 6m approx.
2. Electrical sockets need to be reattached to the wall. These were removed during painting and skirting board replacement. They need to be reattached, and the cable conduit needs to sit flush with the skirting, so a rectangular vertical groove needs to be cut into the skirting below. Socket should sit 3cm above top of skirting. Four sockets in total. Click on link for photos.
3. Pot belly stove was removed leaving hole in ceiling and roof. Chimney flue needs to be removed and holes in ceiling and roof fixed.
