She mentioned that they have just had some work done through insurance to fix leaking pipes and this has left them with taps on the wall/tiles beng replaced with a mixer tap on the laundry basin. They require tiles to cover up the holes where the old taps used to be which they assume would be part of the insurance claim. She also said that her husband is at vhome at 3:30 pm weekdays if someone would like to come by to look at the job.
