As an alternative to hiring paving specialists we could do the job ourselves if we had help from a handyman living in our area (north eastern Melbourne). We need help to remove the existing small pavers from the sand base, put in AG pipe and scoria gravel, level the base with fine gravel and sand on top, and pave with larger pavers. My husband and myself will be working on this job too and we will get all the materials but we need someone strong to help us with the heavier parts of the job. We think the work will be probably 2 days a week for 3 weeks. Mid week is fine. If interested please call or email.
