I would like to replace a shower with a linen cabinet.. and a linen cabinet with a walk in shower.

there is an older style shower situated in the laundry, that i want to remove and replace with a linen cabinet. in the bathroom where the linen cabinet i would like to pull out and place a walkin shower (which would need the plumbing and ceiling fan to be inserted).
