Roof or pipe seems to be leaking causing water damage on ceiling in bathroom. Molds, swelling and bubbles are forming.

Door Knobs fell off, need repair/replace. Boxes/Rubbish to be removed.
2 Door handles (knobs) fell off, 1 is broken, need to be repaired/replaced....

Install wall hooks & wall shelves
Install 2 towel rails, 3 x 4-hook boards, 2 shelves and 3 single hooks on...

Replace external & internal light bulbs
have two external light fittings that require extendable ladders to reach...

Repair to roof flashings around laundry and bathroom vents.
As above colourblind roof think silicon around flashings has perished.
