- install sliding door bolt on inside of main door (provided by me)
- repair / replace insect flyscreen for 1 of the kitchen windows that is torn on one side. the frame is intact.
- i have a portable ac that has an outlet pipe that sits outside the bedroom window. i need the bedroom window properly insulated with the pipe going out.
