Looking to install new external door handle with lock on old queenslander external laundry door. Happy to buy hardware at bunnings, just need a customised install to remove existing ancient lock and install new hardware.
Second to this, hope it would be possible to shorten door from bottom to stop it hitting the floor when opening/closing. As some genius has plastered the hinges in, this will require a specialised cutting tool to "trim" the bottom of the door whilst it is still hinged.
Door thickness is 20mm.
