Supply and mount 2” foam insulation boards or batts underneath existing cathedral ceiling, between rafters which are about 550 mm apart. Seal remaining gaps with appropriate sealant or foam. Then mount tongue and groove timber boards to match existing wall cladding to cover the insulation and provide draught-proofing. Paint timber in specified stain – lime wash. Total area about 37 sqm. The job will require provision or rental of a working platform to be able to reach the top ceiling height of 4.85m.
