Due to building movement in a unit block, some cornices have come loose in a 2-bedroom unit and need to be reattached, and any gaps around them filled. A small amount of plaster has come loose in the bathroom (approx 10cm²) and needs to be repaired too. I have uploaded some photos of the repairs needed here: https://imgur.com/a/nk9Bx93 There is some more cornice repair not shown in the photos, but the photos show the worst of it and it's just more of the same. I plan to have the unit repainted, so I'm looking for these items to be repaired before painting starts. Work can commence at any time.
