Lay bricks tp patch up 4 Air Conditioner Holes

I have 4 in wall box air conditioners that I'm having removed and so need the brick wall filled in. 3 air conditioners are on the second storey, approximately 5 meters up. The 4th is on the bottom level.
Ideally, I also would like the inside plaster for the holes also filled.
