Although provider a nice enough guy and had good intentions he did some floor tiling work for us and the job is extremely dodgy,the grout has come out and i have had him back to regrout but has come out again and i have made several attempts to contact him with no success. I have now hired another tiler who has advised tiles were not laid properly and will possibly require pulling up and relaying. Tiling may not really be his forte but he should not have taken on the job if he didn't really have the experience to do so.
