We need someone to cut a hole in the ceiling in our hallway and fit a manhole cover so that there will be access if ever needed in the future. The current manhole will need to be patched up as it is located above the stove and there are a few other jobs that we would like to get done if we can get a reasonable price but too hard to explain so will get quote for extra jobs separately in person so I can show you what we are talking about.
