Minor maintenance repairs required around the house:
1) Entrance hall ceiling manhole has a wooden frame that has come away needs securing.
2) Metal strip which joins the carpet to the tiles in the entrance hall needs to be re-nailed as carpet has come loose.
3) Bathroom - Small magnetic piece has fallen off the glass shower door which the door attaches for it to keep closed this needs re-attachment.
4) Silicone to back of bathroom sink needs reapplying / regrouting to prevent leakage to bathroom cabinets I can provide photos to 3 of these minor repairs required.
