Minor plastering on 4-5mt ceiling approx 100mm x 100mm

I fixed a new light fitting on the cieling and had to remove the old one. unfortunately we couldnt fix the new fitting in the exact location of the old one.
therefore there is a small hole (100mm x 100mm) which needs to be replastered. unfortunately the cieling it is about 4.5meters high so the trade person will require a tall lader.
i believe it is max 30 mins job.
